Expectations failed to materialize during the Second day of Part 2 of the Harrisburg Auction.

There were 548 items scheduled for the auction block but 476 were actually sold. Our unofficial estimate of today's total sales amount to 115,976 dollars, a figure that falls short of the low estimate by 68,064 dollars.

Part 2 of the Harrisburg Auction was expected to generate between $453,530 and $308,510, but the final hammer prices fell short of the low estimate by $103,524 for a total of $204,986.

As of August 20th, 2013 Guernsey's auctions has collected $2,348,210 of the 3,146,930 dollars that was generated from the first round of Harrisburg's Artifact Auction. The additional revenue that was generated over the past two days leaves $1,003,706 be collected.
