Attorney Mark Stewart presented information of the potential purchase of a county leased office building located at 1100 S. Cameron street in Harrisburg.
Stewart states that the contract purchase is $8,275,000 and the Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority will be the buyer, the IDA will issue tax-exempt 501.C 3 Bonds in order to acquire the building.
The County currently leases the building and signed a 10 lease extension this year.
