Harrisburg Police officers were dispatched to the area of 19 row Hall Manor. They discovered a vehicle with an unresponsive male in the driver’s seat. It was determined that the male had been the victim of a shooting and was pronounced deceased, at the scene. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending confirmation of family notifications.
