Discussion of:

•Resolution 135-2014 – A Resolution appointing J. Marc Kurowski to serve on the Capital Region Water Authority Board.

•Resolution 136-2014 – A Resolution appointing Crystal A. Skotedis, CPA, CFE, to serve on the Capital Region Water Authority Board.

•Resolution 131-2014 – A Resolution approving a professional services contract between Verizon Pennsylvania LLC (“Verizon”) and the City of Harrisburg (“City”) to implement a 311 Dialing Service.

•Resolution 134-2014 – A Resolution appointing Darryl S. Waters to serve on the Capital Region Water Authority Board.

•Resolution 139-2014 – A Resolution approving a professional services agreement with SMS Systems Maintenance Services, Inc. ("SMS") for maintenance support of the City's mainframe computer system and network components.

• Resolution 7-2015 - A Resolution authorizing the approval, execution and submission of a Settlement Agreement between the Coordinator of the City of Harrisburg, the City of Harrisburg, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Harrisburg, and the Assured Guaranty Municipal Corporation to allow for adjustments of the Debt Service requirements on Bonds guaranteed by the City of Harrisburg and facilitate the relating of related real property.
