Harrisburg city council has scheduled a vote on Resolution 9-2015 A Resolution approving the first proposed budget reallocations.

Item G of the resolution is a reallocation of $80,000 to settle a lawsuit filed against the city by attorney Mark Schwartz who was hired by council in 2011.
