Harrisburg City Council shall consider the passage of Bill 4-2016 (As Amended) at the Legislative Session on Tuesday, July 5th at 6:00 PM, to be held in the City Council Chambers, Room 101 of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. City Government Center, 10 North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA.
Said Bill is created for the purpose of the following: Bill 4-2016 (As Amended) - An Ordinance amending Chapter 3-330 General Offenses, by adding Section 373 providing for the assessment of fines for the PERSONAL possession OR PERSONAL USE of small amounts of MARIJUANA AND THE POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA PARAPHERNALIA in the City of Harrisburg under certain conditions.
