B. Notification from the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service advising that Elmer King is applying to DEP for a General Permits 5 and 6 for one utility line and three stream crossings for livestock.

C. Notification from BL Companies advising that Select Medical is applying to DEP for a NPDES Permit for stormwater discharges associated with the demolition of an existing airplane hangar and majority of existing site improvements to construct a proposed airplane hangar with a fuel farm and associated site improvements.

D. Notification from Bohler Engineering advising that J.C.
