"The purpose of today's joint hearing being conducted by the House Gaming Oversight Committee and the Senate Committee on Community, Economic and Recreational Development is twofold:
1) to explore and clarify relevant provisions of the Lobbying Disclosure Law of Pennsylvania (65 Pa.C.S.A. 13A01 et seq.); and
2) to elicit testimony concerning the make-up, mission and activities of the Pennsylvania Casino Association (PCA) (Three member casinos: Mt. Airy Casino Resort, The SugarHouse Casino, and Rivers Casino). Richard A. Sprague, Esq. (counsel for PCA, member of PCA Board of Directors on behalf of The SugarHouse Casino, counsel for The SugarHouse Casino and Mt. Airy Casino Resort, and part of The SugarHouse Casino ownership).

Airy Casino Resort, and trustee/executor/beneficiary (owner) of Mt. Airy Casino Resort, and Chief Operating Officer of Mt. Airy Casino Resort).
