Harrisburg Mayor Thompson comments on the news story published by AP's Peter Jackson and the Patriot News that the contractor working on the HARSCO water main break put the blame on beavers eating the lead solder used in welds of the cast iron water pipes, the water line break caused the capitol complex to shut down for three days.
