Part 3--On April 4, 2012, Mayor Linda Thompson announced the opening of a police substation at 1500 N 4th Street in Midtown Harrisburg. The sub-station is located in Harrisburg Area Community College's building in office space donated by the college. The sub-station will be open five days a week, Monday through Friday from 7am until 10pm.
