Location: 1100 block of Kittatinny St.

Investigating Officer: Detective Richard Iachini.

Victim R/S/A: W/M/31& W/F/32 Carlisle Residents.

Suspect: Short Black male wearing all black and a grey hat. Charges: Pending.

Narrative: On 09/13/13, Harrisburg Police responded to the area of the 1100 block of Kittatinny St for a report of a male shooting at a vehicle. The vehicle was to have fled the scene prior to police arrival. The victims, a male and a female, drove to Harrisburg Hospital to seek treatment for gunshot wounds.
