Dan Miller held a press event Monday morning to introduce former mayoral candidate Nevin Mindlin. During a five minute prepared speech Mindlin read through a list of reasons why city residents should vote for Miller, Mindlin highlighted his concern for the proposed Harrisburg Strong Plan calling it a 'Ponzi' scheme.
