The following was received by the Commonwealth Court earlier today.
This response comes as a result of Judge Bonnie Leadbetter's order requesting responses to the application for an extension of Harrisburg receivership by C. Alan Walker, Secretary of Community and Economic Development.
The following order extending receivership for two years was issued by Judge Leadbetter on November 27, 2013.
