Stuart J. Magdule, solicitor for the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority describes Resolution #1 of 2014.

The resolution authorizes a Sixth Supplemental Service Agreement and a Verizon Tower Cooperation Agreement between the Authority and Harristown Development Cooperation.

The Supplemental Agreement consists of three elements.

1. Extends the lease with Harristown through 2025.

2. Provides the possibility of refinancing the Series B 1998 Bonds.

3. Provides a commitment to do a condo conversion of the towers.
