Park Harrisburg SP+ will begin charging $3 dollars an hour to park in the central parking district, the new multi-space meters will go online Monday March 17th, beginning on 2nd street north from Strawberry alley to Forster street, on 3rd street north of Market to Forster (west side of the street only), Pine and Locust streets from Front to 3rd.
New hours of enforcement will be from 8am to 7pm Monday through Saturday.
