Harrisburg Mayor Papenfuse presents the Mayor's award for valor to Officer Angel Diaz.
Officer Diaz was fired upon during the pursuit of Shawn McCoy, at least six rounds were discharged with one passing through the door of Officer Diaz's police vehicle.
Shawn McCoy surrendered to Harrisburg police Thursday evening without incident.
