WCI Partners has applied for a zoning variance for 922 North 3rd street in Midtown Harrisburg. The request is to establish 33 luxury apartments of about 500 square feet each, the application is scheduled for May 18th zoning hearing board meeting at 6pm.

WCI Partners of Harrisburg has made a formal offer to purchase land and buildings occupied by the former Ronald Brown charter school in midtown Harrisburg.

A hearing date of March 25, 2015 has been set to determine whether to approve the proposed sale.

4 vacant buildings and 40 plus parking spaces.
