Checking into the renovations of the new home of the Midtown Scholar Book Store.Eric Papenfuse gave us a tour of the 10,000 sq ft 1920's era building, originally built as a theater, converted to retail, and now a book store and preforming arts center. Eric is looking to house more than 100,000 books on site, more than you might find at a Barns and Noble store.Papenfuse is planing a grand opening sometime in April 2009.
