Two Harrisburg Arson Suspects Charged, Juvenile to Surrender Today.

Det. Schriver charged and arrested two 18 year old Harrisburg women, Aliah Alli and Alexis Poteat. A third person, a 13 year old Harrisburg girl is scheduled to be surrendered by family members tomorrow. She will be charged as a juvenile.

The incidents took place on Penn and Susquehanna Sts. earlier this week.

Alexis Poteat will be charged with two counts of Arson, Risking a Catastrophe, and Conspiracy. Aliah Alli has been charged with 2 counts of Conspiracy.

The investigation continues. Police have said the motive is unclear.
