Curley-Schultz-Spanier Preliminary Hearing Monday July 29, 2013.

A preliminary hearing for Tim Curley, Gary Schultz and Graham Spanier will begin Monday morning in Dauphin County court.

Defendants Tim Curley and Gary Schultz exit Dauphin County court after Monday's preliminary hearing, day two of the prelim will begin Tuesday at 9:00am. End of Day 1.

Watch the defendants and members from the Attorney General's Office entering court earlier this morning.

Graham Spanier arrived at court shortly after the break for lunch.

On Thursday, November 1, 2012, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office announced that criminal charges have been filed against former Penn State University President Graham Spanier as well as new charges filed against former PSU Senior Vice President for Finance and Business, Gary Schultz, and former Penn State Athletic Director, Timothy Curley.

With the addition of the new charges, all three men now face five counts each: 1) one count of perjury 2) one count failure to report child abuse 3) one count criminal conspiracy 4) one count obstruction of justice 5) one count endangerment of children.

On June 18, 2012 Tom Kline, attorney for prosecution Witness Number 5 described the "odd and bizarre" attempt to convince the jury that showering with children is accepted in this world. He continued, "There was testimony by one witness today that he as a grandfather showered with his granddaughter."

Ben Andreozzi, counsel for Victim 4, provided the following statement on behalf of his client following Sandusky's decision to waive his preliminary hearing back in December of 2011.

Jerry Sandusky is lead out of Centre County Courthouse on Friday, June 22, 2012 after being found guilty of 45 criminal counts related to sexual crimes.
